The creatures started to evade the attacks after the first round of panic.
They were within the forest; it would be hard to home in on them once they went further in, especially when considering their speed.

Battle cries erupted all around the mountain. Martial warriors hidden in the dark charged out and killed the escaping apparitions.

Bare Brain was furious; anger boiled inside him like lava. His expression turned hideous as he said, “Since humans are looking for death, let’s push forward the final battle.

“Open the dimensional rift and bury all humans here!”

Jefred and the others had sinister smiles, gazes turning cold as they replied with excitement.
It had been a long time waiting for that moment to arrive. Since the humans were attacking, they could finally vent their frustrations and anger.

Suddenly, frightening force fluctuations were radiated by Bare Brain’s body, turning into a black pillar of light that shot into the sky.
The dark clouds churned and spun furiously. The black pillar crashed into space and gave off an immense amount of force.
Space became distorted and started to crack due to the pressure imposed by the pillar.
The pillar broke through and the nearby space collapsed, shattering like glass and turning into dust, disappearing into the pitch-black emptiness.
A deep and black tornado was formed; terrifying fluctuations originated from within.
Wang Teng was dashing above the forest when he noticed the phenomenon. His expression changed.
“Dimensional rift!
“The dark apparitions opened the dimensional rift!”
At first he thought that he knew everything about the apparitions’ resources; he didn’t expect them to have a hidden trump card. They already knew the space coordinates, so they just needed to open it.
Wang Teng was astounded; his face turned gloomy.
That was out of his calculations. There had been no news about the dimensional rift in the information he collected.
He was unaware that only the Devil Emperor Bare Brain knew the coordinates. The other apparitions knew nothing.
Also, this was done as a cautionary measure. It wasn’t supposed to be used unless absolutely necessary.

Just then, a few sonic booms rushed towards the young hero.
Wang Teng turned and saw General Cameron and the others, instantly showing up next to him.
“Colonel Wang Teng!”
General Qi Yuanju and the others sized him up before asking with concern, “Are you all right?”
“I’m fine,” Wang Teng said in an upset voice, “This isn’t the time to talk about this. The dark apparitions have opened the dimensional rift. A large number of apparitions may land on this planet.”
“Don’t worry, I predicted that this could happen so we planted our battlecraft all around the place to seal off the mountains. Even if they do come, they won’t be able to leave. I will make sure they never go back,” said the leading General in a confident tone.
“That’s good.” Wang Teng heaved a sigh of relief when he heard this.

An explosion resounded in the sky all of a sudden. Silver bolts of lightning were shot down from the abyss high above, lighting up the dark environment.
The space tornado kept expanding amid the lightning and thunder. Soon, it was a few meters wide.
“The dimensional rift has opened in its entirety. Let’s hurry over,” General Cameron said quickly.
“Let’s go!”
Everyone rushed towards the valley. The human warriors would be at a disadvantage if too many apparitions showed up at once. They needed to stop them.

Thunder and lightning echoed in the forest. The dimensional rift had become a few hundred meters wide, encompassing the entire sky. There seemed to be no end to it.
Suddenly, a sinister red glow appeared, coming from somewhere beyond the dimensional rift.
A giant crimson eyeball appeared behind the tornado. Terrifying spiritual fluctuations swept out as it looked down.
