“Alone?” Hua Ci shot Lu Ye a bitter look, but seeing as the man was focused on flying, she wouldn’t dare bother him.
When the Battlefield Imprint vibrated suddenly, Hua Ci was startled. “I forgot to send Fourth Senior Brother a message.”
“Fourth Senior Brother?” Lu Ye frowned. “What about them?”
While replying to the message, Hua Ci said, “They heard you were trapped here, so they rushed to this place. However, they were weak against the enemies, so how were they supposed to save you? They were repeatedly defeated by those of Thousand Demon Ridge. Before this, they had been waiting for you to show up.”
Lu Ye felt warmth in his heart. His fellow Sect members were reliable, after all. When they learned that Lu Ye was in trouble, they scurried over to this place. Even Hua Ci had arrived, and she deliberately let the enemies capture her.
