Becoming a Formation Master is the effect.
Constantly learning formations, drawing formations, and comprehending formations is the cause.

Secondly, one can manipulate others’ "fate" through the Causality Law.
Control others’ thoughts, actions, life’s advances and retreats, even life and death fortunes.
If the changes in causality are significant enough, altering numerous fates, it would form "fortune."
This grand fortune, a collection of numerous changes in causality, gathering the life charts of countless beings, is a broader domain upon the Way of Cause and Effect...
