[I didn’t reply, not because you scared me, but because I was trying to figure out my own feelings.]
Yvonne Morgan must have been waiting by her phone for Sean Fuller’s message, because a reply came back almost instantly: [Sean, so have you figured them out?]
Renee typed back: [Fate brought us together. I believe everything is arranged for the best by destiny.]
Yvonne Morgan: [So have you made up your mind?]
Renee (as Sean Fuller): [Hm? What are you referring to?]
Yvonne Morgan: [Are you willing to spend the rest of your life with me? To make the scene from my dream a reality.]
Renee (as Sean Fuller): [That’s an answer I want to give you in person.]
Yvonne Morgan stared at the reply, the tension finally leaving her body. She let out a soft sigh of relief.
’Just as I thought. Winning over Michelle Fuller’s brainless little brother is a piece of cake.’
In the vast living room, Yvonne Morgan sat alone on a leather sofa, one leg crossed over the other, idly fiddling with her phone. The haggardness of her complexion was hard to hide, but her eyes were filled with calculation, and the corners of her mouth curved into a triumphant smirk.
’Now that I’ve confirmed Sean’s feelings, there’s no need to rush.’
Yvonne Morgan tossed her phone aside, picked up a wine glass from the coffee table, and gently swirled the dark red liquid inside.
"I can’t wait to see the priceless expressions on Renee’s and Michelle Fuller’s faces when they find out that Sean Fuller’s girlfriend is me."
"Tsk, just thinking about it is so amusing."

After receiving Renee’s message, Michelle Fuller drove through the night to Eastgate Villa.
The moment she entered, she reached out and grabbed Sean Fuller’s ear. "Are you tired of living? Running over here in the middle of the night and disturbing everyone’s rest!"
Rhea Dempsey had just finished making up the bed in the guest room. When she came downstairs and saw the scene, she hurried over to mediate. "Michelle, let go of Hank first. It’s no bother, we were still awake."
"Aunt Rae, don’t stick up for him. This brat deserves a beating." Michelle Fuller was furious. "If you’re running away from home, go stay in a hotel! Why did you have to come to Renee’s house?"
Sean Fuller said defiantly, "It’s lively here. I like it here."
Michelle Fuller: "Even if you like it here, you can’t just show up in the middle of the night!"
But what Sean Fuller said was true. Renee’s house was much livelier than theirs.
On a typical day, it was just the two siblings at home, aside from the household staff.
Mr. and Mrs. Fuller were on business trips year-round, so the time they spent at home was pitifully short.
Although their house was spacious and luxurious, it didn’t feel like a home at all.
’If she weren’t afraid of bothering Renee and her family, she would want to come here every day, too.’
"If Hank likes coming here, then let him." Rhea Dempsey smiled so widely her eyes narrowed into slits. She said from the heart, "If you two don’t mind, you’re welcome to stay here for as long as you like. Our doors are wide open for you."
"Did you hear that? Aunt Rae said yes!" Sean Fuller gave Rhea Dempsey a well-behaved smile. "Aunt Rae, I’ll go grocery shopping with you tomorrow."
Rhea Dempsey immediately laughed and agreed, "That would be wonderful."
Michelle Fuller shot her brother a glare, then affectionately linked her arm with Rhea Dempsey’s and said in a soft voice, "Aunt Rae, don’t pay any attention to him. He’s a real handful."
