Soon after, the entire purple sphere collapsed into countless fragments that floated gently in the air like shattered crystal dust. Yet despite its destruction, the purple radiance did not fade away.

Instead, the light condensed together and revealed something hidden within it.

An object.

Or perhaps it was more accurate to say that this mysterious object had always been the true source of the purple orb itself.

The glowing shell had merely concealed its existence.

However, whether due to Grey’s low cultivation level or some mysterious suppressive force, he found himself unable to clearly perceive the object’s true form.

It was blurry.

Distorted.

Almost as though an invisible veil stood between him and the object itself.

A strange censoring force prevented its image from being fully reflected inside Grey’s mind.

And instinctively, Grey chose not to forcefully break through that veil.

The moment he considered trying, a faint but terrifying sensation of danger surged through his body, causing every nerve within him to tighten in warning.

Nonetheless, Grey’s eyes narrowed with determination.

"No matter what," he muttered softly, "I have to see it for myself..."

"What exactly does the Reality of a Soul Ascendancy expert look like?"

The moment those words left his mouth, Grey slowly injected his Spirit Energy into the purple radiance.

Immediately, a powerful repulsive force erupted from within the light.

It rejected him.

The force pushed violently against Grey’s Spirit Energy, refusing to allow any foreign intrusion into its domain.

However, Grey merely remained calm.

After all, the purple light was still sealed.

Not only that, it had already been separated from the crimson world from which it had originally been stolen.

Most importantly—

The master of that Reality was already dead.

Without hesitation, Grey continued pressing forward, steadily forcing his Spirit Energy deeper into the purple radiance.

Gradually, the resistance weakened.

The purple light trembled violently before finally beginning to submit beneath Grey’s persistence.

And the instant it did—

Grey suddenly felt as though his entire consciousness had been swallowed by an endless sea of purple.

Boundless.

Ancient.

Unfathomable.

The ordinary darkness within Grey’s pupils instantly vanished, replaced by a terrifying violet glow that illuminated his surroundings.

Yet this purple intent did not belong to Grey himself.

It came from the mysterious object hidden within the light.

A power far beyond his current understanding.

Grey sucked in a deep breath as his heart trembled violently.

"This is..."
