In the following pages, Culori did not continue to mention the laboratory but instead focused once again on Belos.
He specifically mentioned Belos’s mission to the Southern Domain—to support the Observer stationed in the Southern Domain Wizard World.
Through Culori’s narrative, Angel finally realized that the Southern Domain Wizard World wasn’t as they had imagined. It was not entirely devoid of Legendary Wizards.
Beneath the calm exterior world lies at least one deep Observer from the Origin World.
The Observer is someone who has taken on the task of guarding for the Orderly Guild, observing each domain and seeking out chaotic objects.
It’s thanks to the Observer that the Orderly Guild could acquire information about chaotic objects in various regions so quickly and dispatch Mystic Hunters to resolve them.
The Observer usually isn’t a Legendary Wizard, but those in high-energy worlds are exceptions.
And the Four Domains Wizard World is considered a high-energy world.
Because the Four Domains Wizard World is an extraordinary world and flows in the same stream as the Origin World, the probability of mysterious objects being born is much higher than in other ordinary worlds. Therefore, there must be a Legendary Level Observer stationed here.
However, according to the regulations of the Orderly Guild and the oath made by the Observer to the world consciousness of the Wizard World, the Observer cannot interfere in the process of the Wizard World.
Unless a chaotic object is born and affects the world’s stability, the Observer is then eligible to exercise special rights. Otherwise, they will always remain concealed below the surface, not interacting with any current witcher organization in the world.
The reason for Belos’s arrival in the Southern Domain was that the Observer there discovered a chaotic object born in the area and sent out a call for assistance to the Orderly Guild.
Although Belos followed Culori, he was also a Mystic Hunter of the Orderly Guild, so he accepted the mission given by the guild and came to the Southern Domain with Culori.
As for what this mysterious chaotic object was, Culori didn’t elaborate in the chronicles.
He merely mentioned that this chaotic object influenced many witcher organizations, among which a top-recognized witcher organization nearly faced destruction due to its influence.
Reading up to this point, suspicion flashed through Angel’s eyes.
Belos and Culori came to the Southern Domain Wizard World three hundred years ago, which means the chaotic object’s events occurred during that time period.
Three hundred years might seem long for mortals, but for Transcendents, three hundred years are actually quite short; the records left would be very clear. Moreover, it affected multiple witcher organizations, and even a top witcher organization nearly faced destruction.
Such a significant event would undoubtedly have many records.
But as Angel recalled the major events that happened in the Southern Domain three hundred years ago, there didn’t seem to be anything significant, nor did any top witcher organizations show abnormalities.
Angel pondered for a moment, finding no answer, so he looked up at the opposite side: "Lord Tree Spirit."

"All I know is that an abnormal phenomenon appeared in the Endless Sea, causing a large sea-dwelling population to be wiped out overnight. The headquarters of the Song of the Deep Sea was in the Endless Sea, so they sent wizards to investigate, but those who investigated kept dying. So, the one who could resolve the chaotic object must have been the Observer and Belos, the visible Mystic Hunter."
"I assume the Observer had a connection with the Extreme Sect, perhaps his intervention is what led to the Extreme Sect’s sudden shift in attitude, fully supporting the Song of the Deep Sea during that time. After all, the Song of the Deep Sea lost many people but managed to prevent the chaotic object from diffusing inland."
