This hidden room was discovered by Angel, and entering it was also thanks to Angel’s Domain Field. Even if following the Kurna Contract commonly used by adventurers for the distribution of benefits in relic exploration, Angel should receive the largest share.
Therefore, giving the Teleportation Formation Disk to Angel is beyond dispute. Moreover, the disk is of little use to others, as only Angel can safely use it without being affected by the Nightmare Light.
Angel did not refuse, as the Teleportation Formation Disk was indeed a very valuable resource for him. At the very least, it would save on the material cost for casting the Plane Corridor when he wanted to return from his travels.
Seeing Angel accept the Teleportation Formation Disk, Lyon said, "When you have time, I’ll take you to test the maximum teleportation distance of this disk."
Angel nodded. If it can indeed teleport across planes, as the Tree Spirit mentioned, it would become a strategic tool.
For example, in smuggling interdimensional resources, it would be a powerful weapon. Whether biological or demonic materials, resources from other worlds are extremely valuable; unfortunately, the Plane Teleportation Circles have always been monopolized by the Extreme Sect, making such smuggling attempts very difficult.
Of course, Lyon could also open a plane passage, but the cost of materials is too high and not worthwhile.
Therefore, if the disk can perform interdimensional teleportation, even if only Angel can teleport, it doesn’t diminish its value too much. At worst, lend a Witchcraft Garden to Angel, and those who wish to transit through another world can simply hide inside the Witchcraft Garden.

Although the Culori Chronicles suggest that Culori’s alignment should tend towards order, even the most orderly wizard would not be pleased to find their laboratory invaded. Even if... it’s an abandoned lab.

"Understood." Angel looked at the complex teleportation array on the ground: "As long as I reside here, I will regularly sense the location of the Teleportation Formation Disk."
"Good, it’s understood." Lyon paused, looking towards the areas still masked by the red glow: "Since the teleportation array’s risks are temporarily resolved, let’s continue exploring the rest of the room for more clues and to rule out dangers."
About ten minutes later, they had explored all areas of the room, including the ceiling and shadowed corners.
The room wasn’t large, roughly an eighth the size of the exterior study, and aside from the teleportation array, there were no other peculiarities or apparent dangers.
This makes sense, with the Nightmare Light filling the room, there’s no need for additional mechanisms.
"This room seems to serve merely as Culori’s resting place and a spot for minor experiments. The only valuable feature is the teleportation array, and those books." The Tree Spirit paused: "Should we head back to the desk and move those books outside?"
After the Tree Spirit spoke, he received no immediate response. Curiously, he looked at Angel, only to find Angel focused on a medium-sized alchemy device shaped like a miniature display stand.
This device was found in a cabinet — the last location they explored.
"Is there something wrong with this item?" The Tree Spirit curiously leaned in and asked.
"This appears to be some kind of alchemical experiment equipment, but I’ve never seen anything like it before, I’m unsure of its specific use," Angel replied.
The Tree Spirit also glanced at the equipment: "The display stand at the top looks like it’s meant for exhibiting demonic materials. Perhaps it’s equipment for demonic material experiments."
Angel remained silent; the Alchemy Eye could not determine its function, possibly only a hands-on test could reveal its purpose.
"Since it’s here, you might as well study it later. Let’s first move these books and skin scrolls outside," suggested the Tree Spirit: "Lingering in this red light always leaves one with a sense of unease."
Angel thought for a while and nodded. This experimental equipment should be some special device; it can be examined later.
The task of moving the books was in fact simply stuffing the entire desk into a spatial artifact.
Once done, they finally stepped out from the radius of the Nightmare Light.
Returning to the doorway, the green pattern in Angel’s right eye gradually faded, and the Domain Field vanished instantly.
Lyon watched the Domain Field disappear, a bright spark flickering in his eyes. This strange ability was unlike anything he’d seen before, its nature entirely different.
However, despite his strong curiosity and desire to explore, Lyon restrained his urge to ask.
Forcing himself, Lyon diverted his attention from Angel’s right eye and looked towards the surging red glow behind the door.
"According to Culori’s records, the Nightmare Light’s effects are astounding, posing threats so formidable that even those beyond legends struggle to cope with them. To prevent issues, I hope the secret of this hidden room remains confidential," Lyon stated with clear direction to Angel; the Tree Spirit, although fond of gossip, knew well what to speak of and what not to.
Angel nodded, "Not even Master?"
Lyon: "No need for that; since Sanders is already aware of this hidden room, there’s no further need to conceal it. If Sanders later inquires about it in the Wilderness of Dreams, just tell him the truth; he will know how to handle it."
After cautioning this matter, Lyon shot one last deep look at the Nightmare Light, then strode away.
Angel and the Tree Spirit followed closely behind.
Back in the study, Angel took the desk out of his bracelet, and a cascade of unread books and skin scrolls tumbled out.
The Tree Spirit’s eyes lit up on seeing Culori Chronicles IV, and he reached out to pick it up. Although Lyon mentioned the later volumes contained little useful information for the moment, enjoying the gossip among wizards beyond legend is still fun.
Just as the Tree Spirit was about to delve into the tome, Lyon interrupted, "Tree Spirit, leave an avatar here with Angel to organize these books. Compile and transcribe the information within."
The reason for transcription is that Lyon intended to place the originals back in the hidden room.
After all, this was Culori’s laboratory, and there’s a significant chance Culori is still alive; skimming through manuscripts for knowledge is one thing, but excessive transgression is inappropriate.
Though tranquility may not last forever, it’s better to at least feign decorum.
"Won’t you stay?"
Rhein: "I’ve come to understand some things over the past few days. I still need to go back and discuss with others about the Wilderness of Dreams. This matter is even more important."
When Rhein mentioned this, he once again confirmed with Angel: "You don’t mind if I tell others about the Wilderness of Dreams, do you?"
Angel naturally did not mind.
Rhein added: "How many login devices do you have left on your side?"
"I have over ten left, but crafting login devices is simple; I can create a hundred at once." The most important aspect of the login device is its Nightmare Illusion, without material restrictions.
