Feng saw Angel was determined to try and did not dissuade him further, instead silently observing Angel’s actions.
Seeing Angel take out the engraving pen, blood ink, and parchment, Feng secretly analyzed what kind of magic pattern Angel might draw.
"The parchment material is the same as before, entry-level, but it’s tanned with some potion, judging by the smell, it should be some kind of low-level Demon Plant class potion."
"The blood ink is brewed from a certain bird’s Demon Bloodstone combined with Bullvine Root Juice, also entry-level."
Feng pondered silently, judging from this series of preparation materials, the magic pattern Angel was about to carve should be stronger than the previous immaculate magic pattern, but not by much, probably some kind of low-level composite magic pattern.
With this thought, Feng let out a slight sigh of relief. Based on Angel’s previous speed at carving magic patterns, this kind of low-level composite magic pattern shouldn’t take too long.
If Angel truly believed in the "prerequisites" he previously listed and decided to carve such a complex magic pattern, it would take days, even ten days or more; that would be a great waste of time. The thought that Feng left in the painting wouldn’t sustain that long.

Perhaps Angel’s technical depth had not yet reached the standard, but his foundational skills were extraordinary. Feng even had the illusion that Angel’s foundational skills in magic patterns were superior to his old friend Rekton’s.
"It must be an illusion..." Feng muttered internally, although Rekton specialized in blending studies rather than enchantment studies, he had been immersed in alchemy for thousands of years, it couldn’t be that Angel surpassed him.

He still remembers this rumor from a thousand years ago; even people from the Orderly Guild went to the Southern Domain, but ultimately couldn’t find that alchemist.
Although that mysterious alchemist remains a mystery to this day, the fact that such a genius could emerge from Sky Mechanical City speaks volumes of its heritage.
"Before Angel goes to the Origin World, I could suggest he go to Sky Mechanical City to learn enchantment techniques. I wonder if Angel has any connections with Sky Mechanical City. As Feng’s thoughts kept churning, a rough shape of the magic pattern had already appeared on the parchment.
Feng looked carefully at some of the magic patterns Angel was carving, his expression slightly strange.
That familiar outline.
Angel was actually carving the immaculate magic pattern again!
However, based on the area covered on the parchment, it was likely not a single magic pattern. The immaculate magic pattern was probably just one of the composite magic patterns.
Even so, Feng found it strange. Why choose the immaculate magic pattern again? Could it be that Angel actually found the immaculate magic pattern the easiest to carve?
Could it be that Angel made his fortune by carving immaculate magic patterns in other people’s rooms?

Immaculate Magic Pattern, Life-Force Rune, Growth Rune, Constant Temperature Magic Pattern.

The Immaculate Magic Pattern represented: dust removal, stain prevention, self-cleaning.
The Life-Force Rune represented: healing, life aura.

The Constant Temperature Magic Pattern: maintained a fixed temperature.
The combined effect of these magic patterns could maintain a strong life aura and a clean, warm environment within a certain range.
This type of magic pattern was either set up in homes, greenhouses, or herb cultivation rooms. It was a desirable, but non-essential, magical energy array.
No matter how well this simple magical energy array was carved, Feng didn’t believe it would summon the black hat.
Keep in mind, when Rekton experimented, from single to composite magic patterns, only when he carved an array with eighteen magic patterns was the magic pattern crowned with a black hat.
With Angel carving it so simply, it surely wouldn’t work.
However, Feng didn’t voice his thoughts. His ideas were similar to Angel’s; after all, it was just an attempt, and failure was normal.
Time passed bit by bit.
Composite magic patterns were different from single ones. Although there were only four magic patterns, it didn’t mean the carving time was just four times that of a single one. Often, with each additional magic pattern, the carving time increased exponentially.
Angel took only a few minutes to carve a single Immaculate Magic Pattern, but carving this composite magic pattern took nearly an hour.
When the final stroke of the Growth Rune was completed, Angel turned back along the lines to the Immaculate Magic Pattern. It had one last stroke left, which was also the final stroke of the entire magical energy array.
This was the magic tattoo horn representing "Transformation."
Previously, Angel had taken a relaxed approach when carving magic patterns, but at the final moment, his expression became solemn.
With ritualistic gestures, using the Hand of Magic, Angel picked up the small metal box. The mysterious magic pattern inside adhered to the engraving pen, and with a halo of glow, the engraving pen immediately emitted a series of mysterious waves.
Without hesitation, Angel took the engraving pen and outlined the remaining magic tattoo horn.
Initially, everything went smoothly, but when Angel laid down the final stroke, everything suddenly went dark.
It was as if the whole world had the lights pulled down, all light drawn into the curtain of darkness.
