Essentially, Dumatin was here to review the documents he wrote about the Wilderness of Dreams. These records were initially collected by Frode and mostly describe physical conditions and changes before and after entering the Wilderness of Dreams. At the time, they were used experimentally to help Angel determine whether Jon would suffer any mental injury upon entering the Wilderness of Dreams.
Even after Jon entered the Wilderness of Dreams, Frode didn’t stop this experiment. After all, the Wilderness of Dreams currently seems problem-free for new residents, but no one can ensure that anomalies won’t occur in the future. Preparing information in advance helps in dealing with crises at any moment.
"Interested in the information on Originheart City’s residents?" This answer surprised Angel quite a bit. Could it be that Dumatin plans to study the bodies of the Dream Realm’s indigenous people? Therefore, more specialized wizards like Sanders need to enter the Wilderness of Dreams. Their research can also promote the development of the Wilderness of Dreams.
Only by harnessing diverse strengths can the mist be dispelled, and the truth seen.
Angel wasn’t worried about them hoarding any breakthrough results because he possessed the most central and authoritative Ability Tree. Any bit of research they achieved could not escape Angel’s scrutiny.
Just like Sanders’ current "Magic Power Resurrection" project in the Wilderness of Dreams, Angel knew nothing about energy before. But now, if he wished, he could reveal the entire essence of Sanders’ "Magic Power Resurrection" project from the Ability Tree in a very short time.
So, with such a backup and assurance, Angel didn’t mind Dumatin’s exploration of the Dream Realm’s residents. Any real discoveries would not only benefit Dumatin but also Angel himself.
