c2238: 2239: The Canyon (2)

Angel nodded.

Dumatin’s eyes lit up, "Then I’ll go ask him right now."

Angel interjected, "Lord Reine is coincidentally in the Wilderness of Dreams now. I’m heading to the New City, I can give you a lift."

Dumatin was momentarily taken aback, wondering what it meant to be given a lift?

Under Angel’s arrangement, Dumatin logged off in bewilderment. Upon logging back in, he found the scenery had dramatically changed from the lush canyon to a bustling New City under construction!

Glancing at Angel beside him, Dumatin thought to himself, only the creator of the Wilderness of Dreams could orchestrate such a transformation across vast distances.

"Lord Reine is over there." Angel pointed to a six-story building about twenty meters high not far away, after sensing his presence.

Dumatin nodded, thanked Angel, and, without delving into Angel’s authority, strode toward the direction Angel indicated.

Angel also took a moment to look at the building where Reine was located.

It was a building adorned with dark-colored rose patterns, with some oriental flair on certain rooftop corners. Yet, it didn’t feel disjointed; instead, it exuded a foreign elegance with a touch of punk.

Beside the tall building, there was a vertical sign adorned with top-notch neon gems, forming the words: "Rosewater Pavilion."

Though called a pavilion, it’s actually a place for tea. Lianna specifically prepared this private tea spot for future Tea Parties.

Instead of sipping tea, Reine was engrossed in a peculiar monument-shaped Alchemy Work within the pavilion, across from him was Ironclad Granny sipping floral tea.

This monument-shaped Alchemy Work is the Monument of the Strange Loop. It, when activated, takes one into an entertainment Illusionary Realm named Monument Valley. Angel had originally gifted one to Ironclad Granny. After Lianna experienced the wonder of the Monument of the Strange Loop at Ironclad Granny’s place, she found the magical game within it perfect for sparking conversations among the Witches at Tea Parties, prompting her to ask Angel to bring it into the Wilderness of Dreams.

The Monument of the Strange Loop in Reine’s possession was that one.

Unexpectedly, before the Monument of the Strange Loop could make a splash at the Tea Party, it had become the entertainment pastime for Wizards from the Barbarian Cave.

The game’s addictiveness rivals that of Shulomon’s products.

Angel thought to himself, perhaps I should discuss with Jon about developing an entertainment game for the Mother Tree Network? It might help bring the Mother Tree Network to the attention of more people.

Though this was just a fleeting thought for Angel, after some consideration, he felt it held some feasibility.

However, most games from Earth hardly catch the eyes of Wizards.

Only ingenuity holds the potential for triumph.

Whether to actually pursue this, and how, should be discussed with Jon before deciding.

Angel took a distant look at the Rosewater Pavilion before turning to leave.

Though he’d entered the Wilderness of Dreams to pass the tedium of external travels, his visit to the New City this time had a purpose beyond aimless wandering; he had an event to organize.

An art exhibition.

While on Wind Island, the thought had occurred to him. To hold a small exhibition featuring Feng’s paintings from the Forbidden Peak.

The motivation for the exhibition was primarily to see if the works from the Forbidden Peak concealed any secrets.

With Angel’s level of appreciation and knowledge, he hadn’t discerned anything additional.

Angel himself suspected there might be no further secrets, but it required verification.

The means of verification was through the exhibition, inviting other Wizards to evaluate and possibly find what he had overlooked.

As for whether the exhibition would succeed, Angel was unconcerned.

With Feng’s reputation, even the most ordinary paintings would draw Wizards; even if it didn’t succeed, it wouldn’t harm his reputation.

To organize the exhibition, the first step was determining a venue.

In Angel’s view, since the exhibition wouldn’t last long and would end once he left the Tidal World, it was best held in a prominent location where Wizards of the Barbarian Cave would see it as soon as they entered the New City.
